Daniel Kelsey

Doctoral Student

Daniel Kelsey is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at Utah State University. He received a B.S. in psychology from Brigham Young University, and a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling (MRC) from Utah State University. Daniel is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). He has worked as a mental health case manager for Wasatch Mental Health in Provo, UT and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Daniel’s research is focused in the areas of power and influence in the counseling relationship, rehabilitation counselor training, and in the sociopolitical model of disability.
