    Sarah Rule, PhD, of the Center for Persons with Disabilities, Utah State University received the 2008 Outstanding Achievement Award today at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) Annual Meeting and Conference.   • Utah State University's Special Education program offers all areas of licensure in Utah in Special Education: Mild/Moderate Disabilities, Severe Disabilities, Early Childhood (birth through age 5) and an endorsement in Sensory Impairments.
  • Almost 100% of Rehabilitation Counseling Program graduates pass the CRC certification exam.
